Despite my hourly rates for commissions, I mostly go by flat rates. A lump sum just tends to have less hassles attached to it. With a flat rate, what I charge varies slightly depending on what type of commission you're looking into. A simple lineart composition will obviously be quite a bit cheaper than a full fledged CG airbrushed work of art. Difficulty, detail, and the number of characters involved in the scene all factor into the final price.

If you live in the United States, the above prices apply to you in American funds.
If you live in Canada, the above prices apply to you in Canadian funds.
If you live somewhere else, you can pay in either Canadian or American funds. Go with the one with the best exchange rate.
